

Self Employed Borrowers
Below are the documents you will need if you are a self employed borrower. Please refer to Betty if you have any questions or contact me directly
Income
One month worth of pay stubs showing year-to-date earnings.​​​

Complete Personal tax returns for the past two years, including all schedules and statements.

Provide all corresponding W-2s, 1099s, and/or K-1s.
Bank Statements
The most recent two complete bank statements covering the last 60 days (must include full name, full account numbers, and all pages, even if blank).

Most recent two complete statements covering the last 60 days for all 401K, Brokerage Account, or any other asset accounts. (must include full name, full account numbers, and all pages even if blank).

Bank statement(s) showing the clearance of any checks issued to the builder or title company for the earnest deposit.
Identification
A clear copy of your driver’s license or passport (please lighten and enlarge for readability). A phone picture is acceptable if all details are visible.

If applicable, a copy of your Permanent Resident Card or unexpired work visa.
Property & Mortgage Information
Most recent mortgage statements, homeowners’ insurance declarations page, and HOA statement for all properties owned.

Homeowner’s insurance company contact details or a quote for the new property.

If you are currently selling or have sold your primary residence and will be using the funds for closing, please provide the Final Certified HUD-1 settlement statement.
